Mulberry v2.x - 3.x (PC) - Account Setup
If you're having difficulty setting up your email account with Mulberry versions 2.x - 3.x, follow these instructions:
The following example is illustrated using Mulberry v3.0.3.
This will display the following window:
Make sure that the Simple option is selected and fill in the following information:
|Real Name||Put your real name here (e.g. Joe Smith)|
|Email Address||Your email address is firstname.lastname@example.org|
|User ID||Your POP3 Account ID is username%yourdomain.com|
|Mail Server||Your POP3 Server is mail.cybermill.com|
|Server Type||Your server type is POP3|
|SMTP Server||Your SMTP Server is mail.yourdomain.com|
Now click on the radio button for Advanced. The window now looks as follows:
Make sure the Authenticate tab is selected within the Accounts tab. Fill in the following information:
|Method||The authentication method is CRAM-MD5|
|User ID||Your POP user login is username%yourdomain.com|
The options to Save User ID and Save Password are at your discretion.
Click OK to save these settings. You can now send and receive email with your Cybermill account.
