Musashi v3.x (Mac) - Account Setup

If you're having difficulty setting up your email account with Musashi version 3.4, follow these instructions.

The following example is illustrated using Musashi v3.4.1 on the MacOS X.

Select Options...Preferences...

This will bring up the following window:

Click on the New button next to the Accounts box in the upper left corner.

The following dialog box pops up:

Account Name

The account name needs only to be a name by which you will recognize this account (e.g. My Cybermill Account)

Click OK to get back to the Preferences window and edit the settings for the account:

Fill in the following information:

POP Account	Your POP3 Account ID is username%yourdomain.com@mail.cybermill.com
POP Password	Your password is personally given to you
SMTP Server	Your SMTP Server is mail.yourdomain.com
E-mail Address	Your email address is username@yourdomain.com
Your Name	Put your full name here (e.g. Joe Smith)

When you are done entering the information, click OK to save the settings and exit.

You are now ready to send and receive email with your Cybermill account.
